You don't run it alone.

Everyone in this cohort starts the same day. What you do with those thirty days is yours. The group just makes sure you're not doing it alone.

    Join the cohort.

    Claim your spot before the live kickoff. You'll set your five practices, name your witness, and sync start dates with everyone else in the group.

    Run your practices daily.

    The goal isn't a perfect streak. It's showing up most days and coming back the moment you don't. The chain breaks only when you miss twice in a row.

    Keep the circle.

    Your witness holds the space. They aren't a coach or an accountability partner. They're a person who sees the comeback, not just the win.

The rule

Never miss twice.

One skip is a bad day. Two skips is a new habit. The rule exists because the chain doesn't break the moment you miss. It breaks the moment you decide not to come back.

This is what separates the challenge from a streak tracker. Perfectionism kills more growth than a missed morning ever could.

The challenge uses specific language deliberately. These definitions ground it.

The point

This isn't about the streak. It's about who you become by keeping it.

Identity follows behavior. Not the behavior you did perfectly, the behavior you kept returning to even when you didn't want to. Thirty days of mostly showing up changes the story you tell yourself about who you are.

That's the challenge. Not a perfect record. A different answer to the question: what kind of person am I?

    List what actually matters to you, not what should matter. These become your decision filter for choosing the five practices.

    Set your practices.
    Pick five things you can do every day. Small enough to survive a hard week. Meaningful enough to matter across thirty.

    Keep a circle.
    Find four or five people. Tell them what you're doing. Let them see the full picture, the misses as much as the streaks.

What's next

The 30 days end. The direction doesn't.

Thirty days proves one thing: you can come back. What you do with that is a longer conversation, in a smaller room. Your host didn't get here alone. Neither do you.
